摘要:
目的:探讨雷米普利对病毒性心肌炎后心肌细胞凋亡水平的影响。方法:采用CVB3感染BALB/c乳鼠原代心肌细胞,构建病毒性心肌炎模型。将细胞分为空白组、模型组、血管紧张素Ⅱ( Ang Ⅱ)组、AngⅡ+雷米普利组和雷米普利组。空白组正常培养心肌细胞72 h。其余4组以CVB3 100 PFU/cell的比例感染心肌细胞48 h,构建病毒性心肌细胞模型,模型组于培养液中加入PBS,Ang Ⅱ组于培养液中加入终浓度为100 nmol/L的AngⅡ,AngⅡ+雷米普利组于培养液中加入终浓度为100 nmol/L
