摘要:
目的:探讨不同浓度N-乙酰半胱氨酸(NAC)对血管紧张素Ⅱ致成纤维细胞(CFs)增殖及纤维连接蛋白(FN)表达的影响。方法:分离培养1~3日龄SD大鼠乳鼠的CFs,分组加入不同浓度的血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)及NAC进行干预。1组加入普通培养基(含10% FBS的DMEM培养液); 2组在普通培养基中加入终浓度为2.5×10-7 μmol/L 的AngⅡ; 3组在普通培养基中加入终浓度为5.0×10-7 μmol/L的AngⅡ; 4组在普通培养
