摘要:
Toll样受体4(TLR4)是最早发现的TLRs家族成员,可介导心肌组织炎症反应,参与心肌炎、心肌梗死、缺血再灌注损伤、心力衰竭等病理生理过程。该文介绍TLR4在心血管疾病中的作用。
