摘要:
目的:探讨中药红景天及其主要成分红景天苷对高糖培养下血管平滑肌细胞(VSMCs)增殖的作用及机制。方法:将对数增殖期的VSMCs随机分为低糖(5mmol/L)培养和高糖(25mmol/L)培养两组,每组再分为5个亚组,分别在普通培养基(对照组)、低浓度红景天(0.3mmol/L)、高浓度红景天(0.5mmol/L)、低浓度红景天苷(0.3mmol/L)、高浓度红景天苷(0.5mmol/L)5种干预条件下培养24h,采用BrdU法观察VSMCs增殖情况,Elisa法检测活性氧(ROS)水平和还原型烟酰胺腺嘌
