摘要:
射血分数保留的心力衰竭(HFpEF)具有较高的致残率和死亡率。心脏康复训 练可通过改善心功能、血管内皮功能及炎症指标,改善HFpEF 患者运动耐力,已成为心脏康 复领域的研究热点。该文介绍心脏康复训练改善HFpEF 的可能机制及临床应用。
