目的：探讨急性A 型主动脉夹层外科术后早期临床结果及与术后死亡相关的危 险因素。方法：回顾性分析2014 年5 月至2018 年5 月在我院心血管外科行外科手术治疗 的急性A 型主动脉夹层患者的临床数据，分析术后患者临床死亡的主要原因，并将患者分成 死亡组和存活组，比较两组患者一般资料、术前资料、术中资料、术后7 d 内出现的手术相 关并发症及术后临床预后等方面的差异，再结合临床进一步行多因素logistic 回归分析，探讨 与术后死亡相关的独立危险因素。结果：共733 例患者入选本研究，其中男性554
