摘要:
心房颤动(房颤)合并急性脑卒中患者病情较重,具有较高的致残率和死亡率,抗凝治疗的时机和策略较难平衡。根据已有的临床研究资料和相关专家共识及指南,综合患者血栓栓塞风险及出血风险,适时启动抗凝治疗可以使多数房颤合并急性卒中患者获益,在可能的情况下应首选非维生素 K 拮抗剂口服抗凝药。应定期评估患者卒中和出血风险,调整治疗决策,并注意对可逆的出血因素的评估,纠正潜在的出血危险因素。
