- 摘要:
- 主动脉疾病常需要手术植入人工血管或支架治疗,术后约有1%的患者发生主动脉移植物感染(AGI)。AGI预后差,近年来AGI的诊断和治疗有较多进展。AGI的诊断需要结合临床表现、影像学表现、病原学和其他实验室检查结果综合判断。外科手术清除感染的植入物,同时原位或旁路血管重建可显著改善预后。抗感染治疗需要联合、长程用药,但仅药物治疗的效果较差。
