摘要:
心房颤动(AF)患者行导管消融术后,恢复窦性心律,二尖瓣反流或三尖瓣反流往往也会得到改善。该文介绍AF与功能性瓣膜反流的发病率、二者之间的相互关系以及AF导管消融术对功能性瓣膜反流的影响和逆转功能性瓣膜反流的可能机制。
