摘要:
Fontan 手术是目前功能性单心室患者的首选治疗方法,但传统手术多次开胸带 来的众多并发症仍难以避免。随着介入技术的飞速发展,外科手术和介入手段混合使用的 Hybrid Fontan 手术开始被尝试用于替代分期外科手术以建立Fontan 循环,为Fontan 手术的 微创化提供了新的可能。该文介绍Fontan 手术微创化的发展过程、常见Hybrid Fontan 手术 方法及相关研究进展。
