摘要:
目的：探讨肥胖冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病）患者接受非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术（OPCAB）的围手术期安全性，为临床治疗提供参考。方法：回顾性分析2018年1月至2021年12月于南京医科大学第一附属医院接受OPCAB手术的肥胖患者38例[体质量指数（BMI）≥30kg/m2]，随机选择同期行OPCAB治疗的BMI正常患者76例作为对照组，比较2组临床资料，分析术中及术后并发症情况。结果：肥胖组左房直径（LAD）、左室舒张末直径（LVDd）、左室舒张功能减退比例显著高于对照组（P均＜0.05），肥胖组术后呼吸机使用时间较对照组有显著延长（P＝0.004），其余手术相关指标及术后并发症情况的差异均无统计学意义。结论：OPCAB术可以安全地用于肥胖冠心病患者的外科治疗，患者可能面临更长术后插管时间，但并不增加围手术期死亡率及相关并发症发生率。
