- 目的：探讨肥胖的冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病）患者接受非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术（OPCAB）的围手术期安全性，为临床治疗提供参考。方法：回顾性分析2018年1月至2021年12月于南京医科大学第一附属医院心脏大血管外科接受OPCAB的肥胖患者38例[体质量指数（BMI）≥30kg/m2]，随机选择同期行OPCAB的BMI正常患者76例作为对照组，比较2组的临床资料，并进行分析。结果：肥胖组左房直径（LAD）、左室舒张末直径（LVDd）、左室舒张功能减退比例显著高于对照组（P均＜0.05），肥胖组术后呼
