摘要:
目的：探讨升主动脉置换联合分期主动脉弓三开窗+ 覆膜支架腔内隔绝术在急 性A 型主动脉夹层患者中的应用。 方法：回顾性分析行分期杂交手术治疗的7 例急性A 型主动脉夹层患者的临床资料，总结手术经验。 结果：共有7 例患者接受分期杂交手术治 疗，均顺利出院，无不良术后并发症发生。术后1 个月随访行主动脉CTA 检查，所有分支支 架均通畅，无患者因内漏行二次手术。 结论：升主动脉置换联合分期主动脉弓三开窗+ 覆 膜支架腔内隔绝术治疗急性A 型主动脉夹层患者效果良好，远期效果还需进一步评估。
