- 目的：探讨同期行非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥（OPCAB）联合肺肿瘤切除的老年 患者围手术期疗效，为临床治疗提供参考。 方法：回顾性分析2018 年1 月至2020 年12 月 于南京医科大学第一附属医院心脏大血管外科因冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并肺部肿瘤 行同期手术的老年患者21 例，其中男性14 例，女性7 例，平均年龄（69.6±5.3）岁。选择年龄、 性别匹配，且同期行单纯OPCAB 治疗的患者65 例作为对照组，其中男性44 例，女性21 例， 平均年龄（70.4±6.2）岁。联合手术组术前依据患者冠
