摘要:
目的:探讨心脏术后再次全弓置换的病因、手术方式、术中循环时间、术后并 发症以及生存率等问题。 方法:选择海军军医大学长海医院2010 年1 月至2020 年1 月初 次手术后需要再次行全弓置换手术的24 例患者,初次手术方式分别为18 例Bentall 术、4 例 单纯主动脉瓣置换术(AVR)以及2 例升主动脉置换术。 结果:再次手术原因是主动脉夹层 累及弓部,手术方式分别为16 例升主+全弓置换+降主动脉支架植入术(包括2 例主动脉 根部置换和成形术),3 例升主+全弓置换术,3 例全弓置换+降主动脉支
