腋静脉穿刺是心血管病介入治疗领域的1 项中心静脉穿刺技术。与其他静脉穿 刺技术相比,腋静脉穿刺技术具有穿刺成功率高、并发症发生率低等优势。腋静脉定位及穿 刺方法较多,其中体表标志定位法为腋静脉穿刺的发展方向,该文介绍腋静脉的解剖特点,腋 静脉穿刺技术在心血管病介入治疗领域的应用以及常用穿刺方法。
