摘要:
心房功能性二尖瓣反流患者的左室大小和收缩功能基本正常,但常伴二尖瓣瓣环扩张以及瓣叶对合不良。射血分数保留性心力衰竭和心房颤动导致的心房功能性二尖瓣反流发病率逐年上升,其病理学机制可能与神经激素失调相关,超声心动图、核磁共振成像是影像学评估的重要方法。
