摘要:
急性Stanford A型主动脉夹层合并心脏压塞是心血管外科急症,最佳的治疗方法是外科手术,但是由于各种因素的限制,患者往往无法立即进行手术。为维持患者的生命,术前治疗策略包括扩容强心等基础治疗、控制性心包穿刺引流解除压塞、急诊开胸等。此外,术前的麻醉及体外循环管理也很重要。该文介绍了急性Stanford A型主动脉夹层合并心脏压塞的术前管理策略。
