摘要:
动脉调转术目前已成为治疗Taussig-Bing畸形的主流术式。随着手术经验的积累,在患儿2～3月龄时行一期动脉调转术已成为临床首选矫治方案。由于术式复杂,诸多手术细节值得注意。术中须保证移植后的冠状动脉无张力且血流通畅,修补室间隔缺损时注意保护新主动脉瓣,重建后的肺动脉无张力且对冠状动脉无压迫。动脉调转术后患者中远期生存率较为满意,但中远期再干预比例较高,原因主要包括主动脉及肺动脉吻合口再梗阻、新主动脉瓣反流,再干预一般能取得满意疗效。
