摘要:
目的:探讨有氧运动(AE)对充血性心力衰竭(CHF)大鼠心室肌细胞钾通道重构的作用及机制。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、CHF组、假手术+AE组、CHF+AE组。建立CHF及假手术大鼠模型后,4组大鼠先进行适应性训练1周,假手术组、CHF组进行一般照护8周,假手术+AE组和CHF+AE组给予AE干预8周。各组饲养及训练结束后行超声心动图检测左室射血分数(LVEF)及左室后壁厚度(LVPWD),HE染色、天狼星红染色检测心肌组织形态学及纤维化程度,计算左室质量指数(LVWI),定量分析N末端脑钠肽前体(
