摘要:
目的:探讨血脂康对斑马鱼动脉粥样硬化的预防作用。方法:以二甲基亚砜为阴性对照,辛伐他汀为阳性对照,对斑马鱼脂代谢紊乱模型进行不同浓度的血脂康处理,通过油红O染色、直接测量血脂、荧光显微镜拍照等方法评估血脂康对动脉粥样硬化的预防作用。结果:油红O染色显示血脂康10 μg/mL及以上浓度处理组中幼鱼血管内脂质沉积显著减轻; 脂质含量测定显示血脂康5 μg/mL处理组幼鱼组织匀浆中各类脂质成分明显降低; 荧光显微镜活体观察发现血脂康2 μg/mL及以上浓度处理组幼鱼的中性粒细胞在血管内的募集受到显著抑制。结论:
