摘要:
在经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)中,由于钙化部位的血管壁僵硬,局部张力不均匀,球囊扩张效果不佳,容易出现冠状动脉内膜撕裂,形成夹层。冠状动脉钙化(CAC)是PCI中夹层形成的独立危险因素。准分子激光冠状动脉内消蚀术是一种新兴技术,已应用于CAC、球囊难以通过或难以扩张的病变、支架内再狭窄、慢性完全闭塞病等复杂病变的治疗。
