摘要:
目的:探讨高比例右室间隔部起搏对双腔起搏器置入术后患者左室收缩功能的影响。方法:回顾性分析行双腔起搏器置入术的58例患者,,根据心室累积起搏比例,将患者分为高起搏比例组(心室累积起搏比例≥40%,n=34)和低起搏比例组(心室累积起搏比例<40%,n=24),比较不同时间点患者左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、起搏QRS时限等指标的变化情况。结果:两组患者术前LVEF、LVEDD、自身QRS时限,术后1周起搏QRS时限等指标的差异无统计学意义。术
