摘要:
目的:探讨药物涂层球囊(DCB)对冠状动脉小血管原发病变的疗效和对心血管主要不良事件(MACE)的影响。方法:回顾性纳入因不稳定性心绞痛行DCB治疗并行冠状动脉造影复查的患者21例(DCB组),按照相似的临床特征匹配行药物洗脱支架(DES)治疗的患者21例(DES组)。比较两组术后8个月时靶病变晚期管腔丢失(LLL)、MACE和出血事件的发生率。结果:术后随访8个月,DCB组靶病变LLL显著小于DES组[(0.12±0.33)mm对(0.35±0.43)mm,P<
