摘要:
目的:探讨慢性完全闭塞(CTO)患者冠状动脉侧支循环(CCC)和心电图碎裂QRS波(fQRS)的关系。方法:回顾性分析2010年1月至2014年10月单支主要冠状动脉CTO病变患者260例。根据Rentrop 评分将患者分为CCC不良组(0级和1级,n=92)和 CCC良好组(2级和3级,n=168)。fQRS定义为至少两个连续导联的QRS波存在≥2个R波或R波的波顶或S波的波谷出现顿挫波。排除有主要冠状动脉CTO病变、冠状动脉远端CTO、典型的束支传导阻滞和不完全性右束支传
