摘要:
醛固酮增多症和阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)关系密切,可协同增加心血管病风险。醛固酮增多症患者OSAHS发病率升高,而OSAHS患者血浆醛固酮水平也明显升高。OSAHS可通过低氧血症兴奋交感神经系统和肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统,促进醛固酮释放;OSAHS患者多合并肥胖,脂肪细胞及其衍生因子也可增加醛固酮的分泌。醛固酮增多症的水钠潴留增加夜间咽喉部水肿,加重OSAHS。对于合并醛固酮增多症的OSAHS患者,生活方式的改变、持续气道正压通气、盐皮质激素受体拮抗剂是有效的治疗方法。
