目的:探讨射频消融去肾交感神经术(RDN)对窄QRS波慢性重度心力衰竭并置入埋藏式心脏复律除颤器(ICD)患者心功能和恶性心律失常的改善作用。方法:入选7例心电图QRS波群<0.12 s、左室射血分数(LVEF)<35%的慢性重度心力衰竭患者,各例于置入ICD后进行RDN治疗,记录患者RDN术前及术后6个月的血生化指标、超声心动图指标、6 min步行距离和ICD放电次数。结果:与RDN术前相比,7例患者RDN术后6个月时收缩压[(116.71±11.34)mmHg对(132.57&#
