摘要:
Chemerin是一种新型脂肪细胞因子,在多种组织及细胞中均有较高表达。研究表明,chemerin与炎症反应、免疫应答、胰岛素抵抗及氧化应激等密切相关,在高血压、高脂血症、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、心力衰竭等多种心血管疾病的发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用。
