摘要:
先天性冠状静脉窦畸形较少见,且临床症状缺乏特异性。该种畸形涉及多种类型的先天性心脏病,包括冠状静脉窦扩张(非分流性、分流性)、冠状静脉窦缺如、冠状静脉窦闭锁、冠状静脉窦发育不良等,认识其解剖学及影像学特征具有重要的临床意义。该文介绍冠状静脉窦畸形的分类以及诊断进展。
