摘要:
慢性血栓栓塞性肺动脉高血压是一类继发于症状性或非症状性肺血栓栓塞的罕见病,多数患者可通过肺动脉内膜剥脱术获得显著的临床症状及血流动力学改善,甚至完全治愈。但肺动脉内膜剥脱术是一项复杂且风险极大的手术,需全面考虑术前肺高压严重程度(如肺血管阻力与阻塞位置关系等),充分评估手术本身风险及患者预后情况。
