摘要:
脉搏波传导速度(pulsewavevelocity,PWV)是评估血管弹性的指标,高血压指南推荐其用于评估动脉硬化程度,并为早期干预及判断预后提供依据。该文就PWV的形成机制、测量方法及临床应用作一简介,包括伴有动脉硬化危险因素或动脉硬化性疾病患者PWV的变化,针对动脉硬化的药物或非药物治疗对PWV的影响,以及PWV对心脑血管疾病发生风险的预测价值。
