摘要:
高血压分为原发性和继发性,绝大多数高血压为病因不明的原发性高血压。基 因拷贝数变异(CNV)是指长度为1 kb 至3 Mb 的基因组变异,包括片段的插入、缺失、重 复等,是造成个体差异的重要遗传基础。近年来研究发现基因CNV 可能在高血压发生发展 中起重要作用。该文介绍原发性高血压相关基因CNV 的研究进展。
