- 冠状动脉异常起源于主动脉（AAOCA）是一种罕见的先天性冠状动脉畸形， 该病被认为与心肌缺血有关，且已成为儿童及青少年心脏骤停或心源性猝死的第二大病 因。影像学结合运动或药物负荷功能检查有助于明确诊断并指导治疗决策。外科手术治疗 AAOCA效果满意，手术方式选择主要取决于异常起源的冠状动脉开口和起始段的解剖结构， 无症状右冠状动脉异常起源于左冠窦（AAORCA）患者的手术指征尚存争议。该文介绍 AAOCA 的解剖分型、病理生理、临床表现、诊断及处理策略。
