摘要:
瞬时受体电位通道A1 亚型(TRPA1)是存在于细胞膜上的非选择性阳离子通 道锚蛋白。TRPA1 可能降低心肌再灌注损伤,TRPA1 抑制剂在心血管系统中也发挥一定的 作用。该文主要介绍TRPA1 基本结构、功能、检测方法,TRPA1 与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心 脏病发病的相关性研究,TRPA1 在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中的研究现状和相关治疗。
