摘要:
血管生成素样蛋白8(ANGPTL8)为分泌性蛋白,可参与血压调节,影响血管 内皮功能,并参与血糖和血脂代谢。该文主要阐述ANGPTL8 的基因和蛋白特点,参与高血 压形成的机制,以及对动脉粥样硬化发生发展的作用,探讨其在血压波动的机械信号向动脉 粥样硬化的生物信号转换中的作用机制及延缓AS 发生与进展的作用靶点。
