摘要:
线粒体源性肽(MDP)是由线粒体DNA 编码的一系列内源性分泌性多肽,其 中Humanin 是最早发现的MDP。Humanin 广泛分布于心脏、血管壁、肾脏、骨骼肌和结肠 等组织中,在体内和体外均表现出抗氧化应激、抗凋亡、抗炎性反应的作用。Humanin 在心 血管疾病的发生发展中具有重要作用,该文介绍Humanin 及其修饰物在动脉粥样硬化、心肌 缺血再灌注损伤、心肌纤维化、冠脉微循环障碍中的保护作用及可能机制。
