摘要:
三尖瓣关闭不全的病理生理机制主要包括瓣环扩大、瓣环功能不全、右室重构、三尖瓣瓣叶牵拉、肺动脉高压以及心房颤动等。超声心动图是诊断三尖瓣关闭不全的主要手段。人工瓣环置入术是治疗三尖瓣关闭不全最可靠的瓣环修复方法。经皮导管瓣膜置入术具有低死亡率和低术后并发症等优势,可能会代替传统的三尖瓣置入术。
