摘要:
在冠状动脉旁路移植术中,动脉桥血管的远期通畅率高于大隐静脉,多支动脉桥在冠脉旁路移植术中的应用提高了患者的远期疗效。双侧乳内动脉、桡动脉及胃网膜右动脉均可作为动脉桥血管。该文介绍了各种动脉桥血管的特点、临床疗效、应用中可能遇到的问题及处理方法等。
