摘要:
目的:探讨中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞计数比值(NLR)与青年冠状动脉(冠脉)硬化性心脏病(CAD)患者冠脉狭窄程度的关系。方法:回顾性选取45岁以下行冠脉造影者115例,根据造影结果分为CAD组(n=74)和非CAD组(n=43)。按冠脉病变程度Gensini积分将青年CAD患者分为高积分组(≥30分,n=32)和低积分组(<30分,n=40)。比较CAD组与非CAD组的危险因素差异,并采用多因素logistic回归分析 NLR与冠脉病变程度的相关性
