摘要:
目的:探讨微小RNA(miRNA)-126在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者血浆中的表达情况及临床意义。方法:收集2015年2月至2015年6月在山西医科大学第一医院心内科住院的114例冠心病患者(冠心病组)和40例健康者(对照组)的血浆,将冠心病组分为急性心肌梗死组(AMI组,n=40)、不稳定型心绞痛组(UA组,n=38)、稳定型心绞痛组(SA组,n=36)3个亚组,运用实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(qRT-PCR)检测各组血浆miRNA-126的表达水平
