目的:探讨维生素C对大鼠H9C2心肌细胞抗氧化能力与细胞活力的影响。方法:以体外培养的大鼠H9C2心肌细胞为研究对象,在培养过程中,分别加入不同浓度的维生素C,观察细胞形态,MTT法检测心肌细胞活力,DCFH-DA荧光探针法测定维生素C对H2O2处理的心肌细胞活性氧(ROS)生成的影响,用比色法检测半胱天冬酶(caspase)-3和caspase-9活性。结果:0.05mg/
